I didn't enjoy it and eventually stopped reading it

It was a book assigned to me for class. I didn't enjoy it and eventually stopped reading it.
Pros: It is a book and my professor thought I was serious when he saw me holding it.
Cons: Didn't use this book and still got an A.
I get the idea-be good...it shouldn't take a few hundred pages to tell me things I already know...be good

Ordered this book for a college course. The book was in great condition: like new. It worked perfect for the class but not necessarily a book I would recommend to sit down and read.
