From a collector's perspective, there were many works I've never seen. I loved the commercial section (cover art - albums, books, movies, etc), as well as his early comic work. Great job Vanguard! I hope to see many more works of the late great Frank Frazetta.

My Frazetta Sketchbook 2 Deluxe Edition arrived today and David Spurlock's amazing company has more than delivered the goods. There is so much new, unpublished material even long time, hard core Frazetta fans will find gold mines of Frank's unseen work. The reproductions are crisp and beautiful, I am still in awe. Frank Frazetta's legacy is in good hands with Vanguard Productions and as full of dynamic Frazetta artwork as the second Sketchbook is, I want more. You will too. This is definitely a companion to the Frazetta Sketchbook 1 but I recommend you get all of Vanguards Frazetta books and their other tomes of wonderful artists. Thank you David. Excellent work.

Missing Time, by Bud Hopkins is not only mind boggling, and intelligently written, but it also speaks to both minds, the skeptic, and the believer. Bud Hopkins backs up his research and his theories and is clearly passionate about his work. I myself being a believer find this a must read,

After reading this I felt like a first year med student that diagnoses themselves with every disease. Do I have any missing time in my life? Of course not, THANK GOD! Whew!
For the people in Budd's book, I can't imagine having to learn where that time really went. What they went through. And how they could move forward after discovering what happened.
I get scared on roller-coasters, but I can decide NOT to go on them. The people in Budd's book had no say. There is no free will. And nobody can help them. I get caught up with these facts. Great reading!

Important Book.

In Missing Time, Budd Hopkins does something more writers on the subject of UFOs should do: he considers evidence rather than just rant about aliens and flying saucers. He investigates a phenomenon common to a number of people, why they seem to black out for hours at a time and later find themselves safe and sound with no recollection of how they got there or what they'd been doing. These are average people with no other apparent similarities.
When Budd employs hypnosis to enhance memory recall, shocking details and incredible similarities of the events that occur during these "missing time" episodes is revealed. Believe it or not; it's up to you. But the subject is fascinating, the evidence compelling, and Budd Hopkins does a fine job of reporting the mystery. This book is a must read for all UFO buffs and debunkers alike. --Christopher Bonn Jonnes, author of Wake Up Dead.

Excellent start to the Sawtooth Peaks series

Welcome to Sawtooth Peaks, Small Town, USA. A town with secrets, and unseen dangers

Hailey had left her hometown about three years ago. She was so certain that the young man she loved would want her in his life forever. They loved each other, or at least she had loved Cole. But he pushed her away and crushed the dreams she had for them. Hailey couldn’t stand to be in the same town with Cole, knowing he’d never be hers so she left. That was a mistake.

Today Hailey has returned to Sawtooth Peak with a black eye, a split lip and terror in her heart. She grabbed the most important things in her small apartment, slipped out of her home and boarded a bus back home to her sister and to the only man she’d ever felt safe with. Maybe she was crazy but she’d only feel safe again once she saw Cole, even if he didn’t want her anymore.

Cole’s life is stifling him. Taking over his father’s bar meant hours inside, going over paperwork to learn the business. He’d much rather be out running through the trees in his wolf. His mother was also becoming a royal pain in the behind as she pushed him to take over the Alpha position that was left open at his father’s death… and to take a wolf shifter as a mate. He knew who his mate was and she definitely wasn’t a wolf shifter. He had sent her away, pushed her hard to leave him behind – it was the most painful thing he’d ever had to do, but she deserved a life better than as his mate. And he could not take the Alpha position without a shifter mate. Basically he was backed into a corner and no matter which way he turned – his own happiness was never going to happen.

There are several wolf packs in the area. And one Alpha is beyond crazy in his need to take over other pack’s territories – no matter who he had to kill to accomplish that. One of the reasons Cole’s mother pushes him so hard to take a mate is fear of this Alpha, because he could and most likely will try to take over their pack since they have only a temporary leader right now. So much was on the line waiting for Cole to make a decision, was it any wonder that he escaped from the business as often as he could.

Today, in the bar’s parking lot he caught a scent, a unique smell that he’d not tasted for a very long time. Hailey. There she was again, across the street and someone had harmed her. As he held Hailey in his arms and let her cry out her fears in his strong arms Cole made a decision. One that would change so much for so many people and shifters.

Running To The Pack is a story full of emotions of all sorts -love, lust, anger, fear, jealousy, envy and pure madness. Cole and Hailey rediscover or maybe reignite their love for each other might be a better description. It’s not easy, it’s not smooth – there are dangers along the way, especially Hailey’s stalker. Their romance is of course sexy, but there is also that second chance to make everything right, no matter the consequences.

Hailey and Cole do get their happy ending. But the threads of this story will continue throughout the series. No there are no cliffhangers, but Hailey and Cole’s story is not done and we will meet up with them again in the next story in the series. I’m making this very plain because sometimes readers (and reviewers) see cliffhangers where there are none, truly. But there is an underlying story line, and of course it is open to develop and grow in the following books. That is a series, not a cliffhanger.

If you love Shifter Romance then I believe you’d enjoy Running To The Pack and the Sawtooth Peak series. I would definitely recommend this story, and I’ll be downloading the next one shortly.

Wonderful! Love This Series!

Running to the Pack is actually book one of a three novel series. It can be read as a standalone. There is an ending in Book 2 that is great. But If you want the finale conclusion of Hailey & Cole's and story you need to read the series:
Book1: Running to the Pack
Book 2: Defending the Pack
Book 3: Uniting the Pack I did and I enjoyed every page non stop. Hailey and Cole were highschool sweethearts, but when Cole couldn't tell her any of his family secrets she moved away and went to college. She remains in love with Cole, but agrees to let friends set up a date. Hailey knows after the third date she an Frank haven't anything in common. She tries to tell him, but he refuses to leave her along. He starts stalking her, but when he breaks in and attacks her she moves back to her hometown and in with her sister Olivia. She knows she has always loved Cole and since Cole knows she is his mate and can't give her up. The fireworks begins, because there are a few people who don't want these two together and let's not forget the crazy stalker she left behind. These two really need to work on communicating with each other. I loved the complete series and rated each 5 stars. I recommend this novel to all mature readers who enjoy
paranormal novels. Enjoy!

Love that won't die, that is what our two mates have, but she is human and he is slated as alpha. He's expected to take a wolf mate but he refuses. An outside pack threatens and our hero is the only one to defend.

Ugly's Plumbing References

I got this for a friend who is starting up a plumbing business. It seems to have
lots of very useful information and is a pocket size so it can be put in a tool box
or pocket. He seemed to think is was a good book.

Buyer should note book size before ordering

I like everything except the size of the book which is 4 X 6. The reference material and drawings are great. Highly useful reference book. Just which book was standard size. I have some problems with smaller print.
